Sparkling Holiday Treats

My favorite time of the year is finally here! Santa Claus, Christmas Trees, Hot Chocolate, S’mores and more!

With the Holiday Season in full effect, I'm sure there are plenty of parties and dinners you'll be attending. If you're like me who's crunched for time yet you still want to add a personal touch & you don't want to be that person that just buys something from the shelf, then check out my easy & festive recipe below on Chocolate Covered Pretzels!

You can decorate them as you please or make a wreath out of them and top it with a cute bow.

Ingredients
Pretzel Rods
Chocolate Chips (Milk Chocolate or White Chocolate)
Sprinkles of your choosing
Vegetable Oil

Instructions:
1. Boil 1 Cup of water
2. Place an empty bowl on top of the boiling water
3. Pour chocolate chips in the bowl
4. Add 1 teaspoon of Vegetable Oil (This is for consistency & to keep the chocolate from hardening & making it that much easier to dip your pretzel rods)
5. Once all the chips have been melted, dip your pretzel half way in the chocolate
6. Let the chocolate set for 1-2 minutes
7. Roll the Chocolate covered pretzel stick in sprinkles

It is as simple as that! I hope you found this quick recipe fun and easy to make! I would love to see your recreations so be sure to comment below, tag me on Instagram or use #themodernindian

HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!
